A meeting agenda is for people who will be attending the meeting so they know what will be going and what will be covered
 A travel itenerary is sort of like a shedule planning out what where and when things are planned to go down


 A purchase order is like a reciept for you online purchases and things like that
 

 A detailed list of goods shipped or services rendered, with an account of all costs; an itemized bill.
 
The recording of minutes for public meetings and governmental hearings follow prescribed rules
